- When sucking liquid, be sure to slowly and smoothly loosen the thumb, and never let it loose suddenly, so as to prevent the solution from being sucked too fast and rushing into the corrosion plunger in the extractor to cause air leakage.
- In order to obtain higher accuracy, the suction head should suck the sample solution once in advance, and then transfer the solution formally, because when sucking serum protein solution or organic solvent, a layer of “liquid film” will remain on the inner wall of the suction head, resulting in a small amount of liquid discharge and errors.
3. The liquid with high concentration and viscosity will produce errors. In order to eliminate the error compensation amount, it can be determined by experiments. The compensation amount can be set by changing the reading of the reading window with the adjusting knob.
