The infusion type blood collection needle is composed of a venipuncture needle, a flexible tube, and a test tube puncture needle; the closed blood collection needle is composed of a puncture steel needle, a spiral seat, and a sheath. Use blood collection tubes for venipuncture.

1. Infusion type disposable blood collection needle:

(1) According to the clinical needs, select the appropriate specification of the infusion type blood collection needle and the required blood vessels.

(2) Tie a tourniquet, select a blood vessel, and routinely disinfect the skin at the puncture site.

(3) Perform a venipuncture. After seeing the blood return, insert the tube plug puncture needle vertically into the bottle stopper of the blood vessel, and the blood will automatically flow into the blood vessel by the principle of pressure difference until the required dose.

(4) When the blood no longer flows out, withdraw the blood vessel.

(5) Repeat the above operation when multiple blood samples are required.

(6) After the last tube of blood sample is collected, use a sterile cotton swab to press the needle into the needle and quickly pull out the needle (instruct the patient to press for 1-2 minutes), the remaining blood in the blood collection needle tube will automatically flow into the blood collection vessel, and the blood collection needle will be pulled out.

(7) Centralized destruction of used blood collection needles and blood vessels.

2. Closed disposable lancet

(1) According to clinical needs, select the appropriate closed blood collection needle and required blood vessels.

(2) Tie a tourniquet, select a blood vessel, and routinely disinfect the skin at the puncture site.

(3) Screw the blood collection needle on the sleeve, remove the puncture needle jacket (put it in a convenient place), and perform venipuncture. After a successful puncture, fix the needle with one hand and pierce the tube plug the puncture needle vertically into the blood vessel with the other hand. Inside, using the principle of differential pressure, blood automatically flows into the blood vessel.

(4) After reaching the required amount, the liquid level stops changing, and the blood vessel is withdrawn from the sleeve.

(5) Repeat the above operation if sampling from multiple tubes.

(6) After the operation, the blood vessel should be withdrawn from the sleeve and then pressed with a sterile cotton swab, and the needle should be quickly pulled out (instruct the patient to press for 1-2 minutes).

(7) Use the needle to lift the needle protection cap, unscrew the blood collection needle from the sleeve, and destroy it uniformly.

The disposable blood collection needle has the characteristics of a sharp needle tip and simple operation. It is used for blood inspection, testing, and sampling. It is mainly used in laboratory departments and blood collection institutions in hospitals.
