Usage

1. When using frozen storage tubes to store samples, it is strictly required that the frozen storage tubes should be stored in the gas layer of liquid nitrogen or in the refrigerator. If the frozen storage tube is stored in liquid nitrogen, liquid nitrogen will seep into the frozen storage tube to a certain extent. During recovery, the gasification of liquid nitrogen will lead to an imbalance of pressure and excitation inside and outside the tube, which will easily cause the frozen storage tube to burst, and is biologically harmful.

2. Operate the cryopreservation tube for resuscitation, and use safety protection equipment in the whole process. It is recommended to wear lab clothes, cotton gloves and operate on a safe experimental bench. If possible, please wear goggles or a protective mask. Please be extra careful because the indoor temperature in summer will be higher than that in winter.

3. During the storage of cryopreserved cells, the freezing temperature of the cryopreservation tube must be uniform. Uneven freezing will lead to the generation of an ice jam, which will inhibit the temperature transfer of liquid on both sides, and then generate dangerous high pressure and damage the freezing storage pipe.

4. The sample quantity stored in cold storage should not exceed the maximum working volume required by the freezing storage tube.

1. Cryopreservation environment Unused frozen tubes can be stored at room temperature or 2-8*C for 12 months; The inoculated cryopreservation tube can be preserved at-20 C, and the strain can be preserved well within 12 months. The inoculated cryopreservation tube can be preserved at-80°C, and the strain can be preserved well within 24 months.

2. Storage time of frozen storage tube Unused cryotubes can be stored at room temperature or 2-8 C. Inoculated cryotubes can be stored at-2-8°C or-80 C.
