Magnetic rod sleeve application

96 magnetic rod sleeves can be used for three kinds of material sealing: self-adhesive sealing, silicone sealing, and heat sealing film sealing. Can be sealed with adhesive film, heat-sealed, or used with autoclavable deep well plate lids, autoclavable (121°C, 20 minutes). The thickness of the bottom and sidewalls of the plate is uniform, and the upper part of the orifice plate is flat and uniform, which is convenient for sealing and has the same aperture size. For identification systems, HTS, master sampling and storage, mechanical sampling, and automated pipetting systems. Suitable for storage of most polar organic solutions, acidic and alkaline solutions, and other laboratory solutions. The magnetic sleeves are produced in the SBS format and are stackable for easy storage.

The magnetic rod cover is used with the deep-well plate for nucleic acid extraction on the nucleic acid extraction machine. During the nucleic acid extraction experiment, the magnetic rod is protected from pollution and the service life of the magnetic rod is prolonged.

Through the up and down movement of the magnetic rod cover, the sample can be mixed, lysed, combined, washed, and eluted in the corresponding magnetic bead method reagent.

Through the coordinated movement of the magnetic rod and the magnetic rod sleeve, the transfer of the magnetic beads and the magnetic bead-target substance complex is realized.

Through the separation of the magnetic rod and the magnetic rod sleeve, the release of the magnetic beads and the magnetic bead-target substance complex is realized.

  Precautions

1. The amount added should be moderate to avoid liquid leakage during nucleic acid extraction;

2. The magnetic rod cover and deep well plate must match the instrument.
