1. Place the laboratory centrifuge on a firm, horizontal platform, pay attention to the balanced stress of the four legs, and then shake it gently with your hand to check whether the centrifuge is placed stably.

2. Open the door cover, gently put the rotor on the motor shaft, and tighten the nut to tightly connect the rotor with the motor shaft (note that the movement should be careful and gentle, and avoid substantial left-right shaking and up-down pressure to avoid damaging the flexible support of the motor). After that, gently rotate the rotor body by hand, and it should rotate flexibly.

3. Put the centrifuge tube into the test tube hole of the rotor. Pay attention to the fact that all the tubes must be placed, and the test solution in the tube must be uniform to ensure the balanced operation of the instrument.

4, gently close the door cover and check whether the door cover has been locked (gently lift the door cover after closing, the door cover can’t be opened).Plugin the power socket and press the power switch.

5. Set the rotor number, speed, and time. Every time you press the < Select key >, the digital tube of the rotor, speed, and time window flashes in turn, and the window that is flashing is the window to enter the setting.

6. After the above settings are checked, press the “Start” button to start the instrument operation. To know the centrifugal force value during operation, press the < Speed/Centrifugal Force > key, the yellow light will be on, and the centrifugal force at the current speed will be displayed in the window, and then press this key to return to the speed display.

7. When the running time counts down to “0”, the centrifuge will automatically stop. When the rotating speed is 0, the buzzer will sound, and press the “Approval” button to cancel the sound. In case of emergency during operation, press the “Stop” button, and the buzzer will not sound when the centrifuge stops running.

8. Open the door cover only after confirming that the rotor has completely stopped rotating (note: if the electronic door lock can’t overcome the friction between the door lock catch and the door lock latch by its own electromagnetic force because of the pressure on the door cover from the top of the centrifugal chamber is too great, press the door cover lightly with one hand and the [stop] button with the other hand to open the door cover), carefully remove the centrifugal tube and complete the whole separation process.

9. Turn off the power switch and cut off the centrifuge power

10. In case of sudden power failure, the electronic door lock of this machine only needs to press the door cover lightly with one hand, and the small handle located at the front and upper left side of the instrument can be gently pulled outward with the other hand to open the door cover.
