First, set the pipetting volume: the normal adjustment method is to adjust from large range to small range, just rotate the scale counterclockwise; When adjusting from small range to large range, it should be adjusted to exceed the set volume scale, and then adjusted back to the set volume, so as to ensure the accuracy of the pipette.
Then assemble the pipette gun head: insert the pipette gun vertically into the gun head, and turn it slightly left and right with a little force to make it tightly combined.
Then, suck the liquid vertically: the tip of the suction head is immersed below 3mm of the liquid level, and the gun head is pre-rinsed in the liquid 2 ~ 3 times before sucking to ensure accuracy and accuracy of pipetting, so as to avoid large errors.
Then drain and suck: if the amount of liquid is small, the tip of the suction head should be reliable to the inner wall of the container. Be sure to suck slowly and put slowly, so as to prevent the sudden release of solution from sucking too fast and rushing into the extractor to corrode the plunger and cause air leakage; When sucking liquid, be sure to slowly and smoothly release the thumb, and never suddenly release it, so as to prevent the solution from being sucked too fast and rushing into the liquid extractor to corrode the plunger and cause air leakage.
The way to check whether there is leakage is to suck the liquid and then hang it vertically for a few seconds to see if the liquid level drops. If there is leakage, check whether the suction nozzle is matched and the spring piston is normal. Placement mode. After use, you can hang it vertically on the pipette rack, be careful not to fall off. When there is liquid in the pipette gun head, do not place the pipette horizontally or upside down, so as to avoid the backflow of liquid corroding the piston spring.
